horrible season, bad finish, and accidentally forgetting to set a "proper" lineup for the first relegation game I didn't realize was happening (I was still playing very hard), means I am NOT relegated, but will now be getting 30k less per skybox x 8 = 240k and at least 3-4M less per week in media and general sponsor... I was already struggling with my previous sponsor money... And my team is at 40 energy again even though I was a lot more careful this season not to use VH when I didn't *need* to.

I actually wish I'd been relegated. I'm still going to have to sell one of my last few remaining veterans to stay afloat. At least in II.X I could've selected a rank-based or win-based general sponsor contract and milked a bit more out of it. :/

This morning is PPM Christmas. I have just pulled a 450 OR 6/6 4.5 stars defenseman. It's still early enough in the ssn too. I don't remember pulling that... Maybe ever or at least in a long time. I can't wait to see the Q's and the scouting.

Well, today my version of this story is that someone just offered 100M to my 26yo 3/6 2400 winger. I bet the person who bet that will be disappointed when I let him go and grab that 50M compensation amount.even more disappointed when next ssn Carroll turns 2/6 because this is his 4th ssn as a 3/6.


Still, it messes with my plan as I had let go 2 wingers lately to make room for youth. Now it will be a bit too much youth and will hurt my ability to perform.
