Oh those guys. They are only here for a few days while my camp is running to fill my roster. Those are going to be cut as soon as my camp is over. All of the 300ish players will be cut soon.

I actually don't keep guys until they are around 500 by the end of their 15 yo ssn.

He's running a training camp atm. The 60AQ low OR guys are probably just there to fill gaps during the week. It's what I do in order to be able to send a few more players out. Wait til I have a stretch of games I can't win anyway, and just pad the lineup to get through the week.

I wish I had just enough talent to make the hockey team during the training camp. Collect a few dollars, play a little hockey and then get a sweet contract termination bonus a few days later.

It's not really the talent as much as the timing. You just gotta be selected on the right week where your actual skills don't matter

Actually, you can sometimes minimize the contract termination bonus of players picked up to cover a training camp, by getting players off the market whose contract is up the day after training camp is over. Then you can be pickier about who you sign for the needed position.

Why did the 2nd goalie come into play in this game?! This is likely why I lost it and I'm so p*ssed right now. Tactics were set to play him ONLY after the 2nd period IF I was trailing by 3 or more! (2nd period, trailing by 3 to 99, leading by 99 to 99, save % 99) He shouldn't have come out! WTF?! -_-'

It does suck.. but wait... save % 99? That would mean that unless he saved 99% of shots, he has to come out.

Mine is at 50% after 1 period and 70% after two because I don't want my goalie taken out in those weird games where the opponent scores without shooting much.

Yes, I put mine in the low nineties. I figure if it's any lower, I'm probably losing and need a change!

Samuel is correct. If you don't want a goalie to switch due to save percentage, you need to put 0. 99 means the goalie will switch if they have even 1 goal scored on them.

UGH! Right. I got so used to the handball setup I forgot about that one.

The other options are all "use 99" and it does say use 0 for the save %. Dumb/lazy UI design choice, ugh. I woulda been chewed on for putting that in a web application!

First one is 325 OR so prolly won't even stick around, second is 420 but 5/6, so also probably not gonna keep at this point.

There's finally an A+ guy in the draft, so I'm sure I'll be one spot removed from getting him or something like that, too.

It's ok, game, I don't know that I really wanna stick around anymore, anyway. (in case you can't hear it over the text to speach translation here: I'm trying to taunt the game to give me something good to stay. It gave me a semi-decent prospect that last time I said I was heavily considering quitting. So, y'know xD)

Harvest has been thin here lately. I had a really good season with my now 20yo players. Almost all of them had 4 6/6 seasons. Since then, the good players' CL didn't hold up. If Daoust can hold up, he could be my first at player. Who knows.
