I made mistake,
Jan Derewienko 112/50/60, 99% ch, 38 exp
and my second golie
Ryszard Borawski 120/51/60, 2% ch 10 exp

I saw somewhere, don't remember exactly where, an article about some calculations that a player with 100/50/50 have same performance in a game as a player with 100/70/30.
Who are those 4 dudes with the soccer ball??
Why are they so uck Fugly?
Plz dump them and put J-lo and Gisele Bundchen in their place.
That is all.

Unbelieveable/ I have a staff member with a 17-32=49 rating and his salary just went up 600%. This is ridiculous
train him balanced... but the staff will become very expensive with better OR...
I'm going to write to the NHL and recommend they fire all their staff as they clearly are doing it wrong. Teams need to drop all their defensive coaches and goaltender coaches because clearly, specialist staff are simply not a good way to work...
Oh wait...
That's right, PPM have it screwed up in this case, not the other way round!

that explains why specialists are so darn expensive.
how do you expect to be able to pay NHL caliber staff when your arena has a capacity of 2500?
I agree that the staff salaries are not higher than player salaries in real life. However, not everything can be done as in real life. The reason why they are so expensive is that to make their salary proportionate to their influence on their facility. They do make a difference and if you invest 10s of millions into some facilities, you should also pay for the staff who increase their influence. that is the main reason why it is like it is. Your job as a manager is to adapt to these conditions and make the most of them.

As we do, but the fact that I have EACH staff getting paid more per day than my entire freakin hockey team does puts a huge dampener on the game.
If you (PPM) want to run with that reason, then you need to either GREATLY increase the sponsor money or ticket income, OR slow down the training rate of staff members so they don't grow so fast.
I would absolutely love to upgrade my arena, but I have to save for 4 weeks to just pay for a single stand upgrade!
You talk about "proportional" yet the training / staff salary is NOT proportional to the ability to grow a stadium to cover the costs of those staff.

If you think your staff is too expensive, then get rid of them. Their salaries are evaluated the same way as in beta version and are very predictable. I'm fine with that. And I don't think they are too expensive. In fact my opinion is that player salaries are too low. But currently most players are very far from their maximum in skills and wages and we can expect their salaries will use much more of our budgets in the future.
ok, so far so good. I agree. but do devs know that an arena custodian is not worth his money? the influence of a 100/100 custodian is max 15% in a level 15 facility!! so 15% gives a reduction of 150k if you have dayly costs of 1 Mio. and 2 of this custodians with 100/100. they take a wage of 200k each. so you must have costs of 2.6 Mio. for facilities and arena of 2.6 Mio. per day to reach break even... hahahahaaaa... do devs know about this fact?
Mjallo.
Sorry for my bad english, hope the question is understandable.
When the U20 national team is implanted. Will the players then get chemistry, which they can transfer to the National Team?
