I think if you train stuff members properly (not boosting only one attribute) there wont be a problem for atleast this and next season, e.g. if physio trains 0.20 per day thats 22,4 skill in one season divide it on both attributes thats only 11,2 per season add that 20,30-40 current skill its not that much for now.

medals are only awarded to top division medalists.
Is there a particular reason for that?
I think I have mentioned it before. Even though I personally would have nothing against it, it would not be fair to those who are playing in the higher divisions against tougher competition.
every season people get medals although they had a less tough competition than others who have won the same medal (e.g. the winner of III.1 had a tougher competition than the winner of III.16)...

Why? It's a trophy.. it shouldn't matter what league a person is in. If you're worried about being "fair", there are plenty of much larger, much more serious issues you guys should be worried about than who gets freakin' medals!
I believe everybody who wins a league should get a medal, regardless of what level they're in! It's sad that it's not seen this way by PPM
