since the salary calculation seems to be 'working as designed', I'll post the question here. what is the reasoning behind such incredibly low salaries?
currently my weekly player salaries are 1.1% of my weekly sponsor income.....

I've been wondering that also. Seems a little out of whack eh?

maybe the sponsor contracts will be smaller next season and they just want us to be prepared

At the moment decent players have ~300AI. At 100AI a season ie ~0.8 a day plus training camps etc then in 3 seasons this will be 600AI.

I am assuming salaries are definately not linear and 600AI players will cost a lot.

Then think about 2 seasons after that.

All that does is take a 15yr old to be 20. Not even considering 25 or 30 years old.

so it should even out in a few seasons ... I just hope that the sponsor income wont increase with the same non-linear function .

the increases im getting in sponsor offers between each season are getting smaller so im pretty sure it will plateau but the expenses wont.

What will be with teams without manager (like [hockey_team=36011])? And what will be with their players with OR more than 250?

i see the players salaries are corrected, what is with staff salaries??
