Another good year for the U18 squad! We lost to USA 2-1, to keep us out of the medal rounds. My fault! A very positive change in tactics would have occurred if the change parameters had been set to "losing 0-99 after two periods" instead of the "losing 1-99 after two periods" they were at!! The game was tied at that time so we never got the chance to exercise that advantage. It may have been the difference as we lost 2-1. Thank you all for your training assistance and input!! Working on next year already!! Looks promising again!
Ooh I just caught a nice fish!
Terry Daoust is a 458 OR dude with 6/6 CL. His Q's for offense, passing and technique are 99 across the board. Shot is only 70, which is a shame, but still trainable.
Fingers crossed that his CL holds up for a few seasons.

How should I develop this guy? Corey Stimson
Goal: 96
Off: 94
Sho: 81
Pas:80
Tec:85
Agr:80
Seems like Goalie is the optimum mix of high quality stats.

I would also say goalie. Starting attysmay influence your choice also. It's close with forward (any position).
He should develop faster, and will reach a higher OR if he is trained as a goalie, because goalies train on fewer attributes than any other position. However, if he is also a universal player, he may be more effective as a winger!
He's R-side and also 5/6 CL. At 300 OR at the end of season, he's never gonna make any NT.
With that in mind, I say when in doubt work on Tech since every position he would be good for will use that. Look at the positions you think you'll need to fill long term. Train him for what you're lacking.

I always train tech when they come out of SA until I have the scouted attributes and until I make up my mind on what I want to train.
Completely agree on everything else. I tend to say goalie because I rarely find good goalies in my SA pulls and they tend to have pretty good value on the market.

IMO, if he is 5/6, the only choice is goalie. Training on only 3 attributes gives him the best chance to keep up with the 6/6's who must train on at least four!

Just pulled, looking at a damn good prospect.
99-99-91, with 94 shooting and 83 technique. Not sure if that's not quite high enough compared to the equally high standards, but worth a shot.
On the market right now for 10 million.

Decent D Prospect. 77 AGR though
Richard Giguère
99 Def
94 Pas
93 Tec
77 AGR
86 Goa, so he can be an EBUG too.

That's a nice prospect! Starting OR isn't great, but we are early in the season, so he should be good.
What,s with all these great prospects and absolutely none of them coming my way? I demand a refund! Wait, I never paid anythign for this game... Except all these hours spent scouting players, i guess? xD
