I see 85% AQ. So I think you're good
And yet, my best pull today was a 309 OR midfielder rated at 1.5 stars throughout all positions. I don't know what's up anymore.
I pulled my only 4+ star player ever when I had a very low SA (in my first season)...

He isn't bad! But this late in the season he will take forever to build hit attributes. Sell.
Focus on really cheap veterans and build up your training, HR, and stadium. Don't waist your time on sports academy at the beginning or staff
I see his average Q as 76, but I added him to my scouting queue and will find out tonight his true values.
Also put a bid for him but with the technique and speed qualities rather low, I'm not sure if I really want this player. I guess it will depend on the price near the deadline.
