A guy with level 11 academy pulls this player and he sold for 300M.Fabricio Robin
lol. That why I am holding out on upgrading my current academy- Dont see the value in it
Wally Pulliam might be the best pull this season for USA??? Richard Boyer was a close second. The AQ is better for the middy.

Well, he probably would have had 650 or so OR and sold for 500M if he came from a lvl 15 academy with good staff

I pulled a player with ZERO goalie stars, ZERO midfield star, ZERO forward star and a great HALF midfield star ...
And i have SA level 9 and close to 90% youth training .... Its been more than a season (probably 2) since i pulled a player with more than 3 stars.

I had a ZERO star across the board pull two weeks ago... thought it was a bug, apparently not..
Your SA level and youth training percentage only influences the OR of players and the number of players pulled. They do not influence the quality or number of stars. Meaning that a player pulled from a team with a level 1 SA and 0% youth training has the same chance of being a 4-5 star player as someone pulled with a level 15 and 100% youth training.
At least it's the end of the season so don't worry. It's actually worse if you pull these guys in the beginning and then pull good players at this time, which is what's going on with my team.
How are your sports managers? Also, I sometimes forget to switch back to my sports managers with better youth training after running a camp - could you have had that problem?

well, i get about the OR. but i dont get great OR neither and it is amazing i dont get even 3 stars players.

I pulled a 15yr 4.5star goalie prospect. 6/6, 415 OR. I hope the scouting goes good on his average quality. Only 79% unscouted....
