I can see zero reason for someone finishing 3 spots ahead of me in league ranking getting more than 50M+ than my team in General Sponsorship over the course of a season. Then expand this out to all countries. I could see that difference between a D1 and D3 team team. Perhaps some hard caps on the min/max and then give set bonuses for placement in NC, making the international tournaments, and placement in them. I finished 5th in regular season and 6th in the playoffs for D1. I see teams from D2 coming in who are making more than me weekly plus the promotion bonus due to their OTR. They get rewarded for playing weaker teams and I get punished for playing tougher teams. This all ties back to SA and crappy pulls but this punishment is extremely costly and very disheartening.

So falling behind 50M this year is the cost of a SA13 , a franchise star player on the market, or 50M + loan for a triple max. Next year this just expands wee bit more because I fall a little more behind on OTR and the snowflake quickly becomes a snowball and it just keeps growing and growing.

Has PPM thought of hard caps or something else to keep this gap to a minimum? I see a broken system in all three sports I play with no thoughts of addressing this unbalanced system.

I saw someone who promoted from league 3 to league 2 who will be making around the same as me, and I came in 3rd in the playoffs of 1.1. He mopped the floor with easy teams.

Not to mention the crazy differences between offers in top teams in different countries. I'm hoping to hit 8 mil with a good star offer, while some teams are getting 15 mil +? How is that possible to compete when teams get double the money? And how can there be that much of a difference in season 2?
