I've got 5-7 guys that might make your list under the above listed conditions...
Just a few players to consider:
1. Les Horner 260 OR 79 (Unscouted) AQ
2. Sheppard Lawrence 237 OR 73 AQ
3. Stone Larkin 229 OR Goalie 70 AQ (primary Qs of 88, 82, 78)
4. Tommie Miles 227 OR 61 AQ
5. Philip Davidson 226 OR 68 AQ
6. Christopher Womack 219 OR 67 AQ

Yeah, I'm hoping you're right. Just gotta train him well.
I find his name is strangely kickass too. Was definitely happy when I pulled him last season, because at that point, my best goalie was some average, 21 year old czech guy lol.

I dont know right now there are 3 goalies with over 260 OR and pretty decent qualities.
Gotcha. Well I imagine things will continue to shake out before the National teams are released.
I just wanted to update my post at the top of this page: Horner's fully scouted.
- 74 AVQ
- Qualities in the high 80s and low 90s for FIP, PAS, TEC
- Qualities from the high 50s to low 80s in SHO, BLK, SPD, and AGR.

Yuppers, next season we will start to see pulls from level 11 and maybe 12 SA's. Most of our starters will be bench warmers by season 5.
That depends on the direction that the NT manager at that point chooses.
In soccer, a number of the original members of the NT are still on the roster. Looking at the last match of last season (playoff match against Bosnia and Herzegovina), it looks like 6 starters were on the original roster. That includes the entire starting midfield (even though Aldridge was suspended and was also an original member).
Keep in mind that while players pulled from higher SAs will have higher OR, some of that will be from unused attributes (such as FIP for a GK). Many managers also seem to underestimate the amount of time it takes for a player training at a higher rate to catch up to a player with a higher effective OR.

Have a player, Frederick Schneider, pulled from the SA last week at 297. Currently over 300. AQ is 78. Training him as a winger as that is where his high Q's are.
How about a pdf of the file and Draco... Wow
Get another player like that and it will set you up for a top 10 finish for the next 5 to 6 years.

I'm with tescosamoa.
It's kind of hard to suggest players for you when we don't know what the current "roster" already looks like.
I mean, last I read, you were looking at guys above 220 with above 60 AQ, but I doubt that's still the measure now.

Ya I suspect all this work will be done over when it is all said and done. But if you like numbers and spread sheets, it is not like it is work.
Tescoma and Lanky could you please tell me how to make the pdf so other people can download it?
