I double checked yesterday and asked the staff about. NT and they said it will begin with the start of 3rd season. Also its good to have those players on my list so I can see theyre improvment etc.

I think it would be better to give more weight to players with better qualities (not AVQ). By season 4 or 5, players will be gaining OR more rapidly. The average training facility should be about 8-9 by the end of this season and 10-11 by the end of the third season. A 20 OR advantage now will not matter by then. In addition, a 20 OR advantage doesn't help as much if it is distributed poorly. In addition, the player with the fifth best OR might be worthless if all five of those players are pivots.

Of course, by season 4 or 5, teams may be pulling 350 OR players from their sports academies, and enough players might be pulled for some of them to have good OR and good qualities. Perhaps none of these players will have long term potential to stay with the team. Whatever the case, it would be best to choose the players who project to stay with the team for the next ten years to the extent possible.

Exactly . But how many teams are going to be there in US that will pull 350 OR players? Not many. I putted those players on the list so I can see how they improve. I will perhaps make the criteria higher than its right now because a 220 OR player with low qualities will deffenetly not make it

That's probably a fair assessment (assuming that a 250 OR player with equal qualities doesn't have OR dedicated to useless areas - though it is harder for attributes to be allocated uselessly in handball than in hockey).

It will be interesting to see what happens once people hit level 10 for the relevant facilities. Some teams will undoubtedly continue to build those facilities while others (probably a lot of them) will put everything into their stadiums).

With a level 10 sports academy (and good staff), I pull at least a few players with up to 300 OR in hockey and 350+ OR in soccer per season.

I plan to have level 10 this season, so I believe players with OR 300-350 will start to come at the beginning of next season. some people are getting 300+ already.

My players (top in USA) will finish the season likely at OR 300.

So I really think only top OR now (for this season) is relevant.

Players pulled next season will be a combination of OR and quality.

I personally think that this current research i am doing will pay off. I putted the top 20 players of the country on a new spreadsheet and we will see where we can go from there

Your exactly right. My player Eli Engel has AvQ 76% but he his improvment is the best in the team by far. His qualities on the attributes that I train him are 94,94,88,86 ( scouted ) But it is going to be tough to figure that one out, because I dont think that all the mangers are coorparative as you are.

Have a few players with OR in the 230-240+ range along with a few other solid players with decent OR 220+, all solid AQ (already scouted) if you want the info let me know and I'll email it off.

Well done with 1st 2nd and 3rd league so far. I had to change the requirements a bit because there were about 200 players that were above 220 OR and AvQ 60%. Also all the graphics have been finished postimg.org/image/iyeetct...
