T2 - Requires 32 wins to match T1
T3 - Requires 4 of 5 at 7th place to match T1
Looks like I'm stuck with a shitty T1 deal.

I choose #3 this year, with my goal of 7th place. I only need to hit the bonus once to match my #1 Offer, which seems reasonable for me, so anything more than that is gravy. I am not arrogant enough to try the 6th or 5th place bonuses, even though I placed 4th this year. Too many good teams, I'll count myself lucky to make the playoffs.

Wowzers. Was it a 1* T1 offer? I *REALLY* got a shitty deal this year. I finished well ahead of The Roughnecks yet look at the deal they got. I get that OTR is a dominant factor but he's making 33% more than me despite missing playoffs... that seems hardly logical.
I stand to make about 9million this season, I am surprised to be making about the same as you.
The Roughnecks made the playoffs one of their leagues 
Guess I should focus on OTR more than anything. Hence, NC or bust!

5* option 1 GS would probably give you 11.5 to 12 a week.
Hmmm. Don't know if I should risk it. Not guaranteed to get a 5* and I think 5th is a reasonable expectation
I do agree. It's not a big difference between both at 5*, but you run the risk of not getting a better offer than what you currently have.
