For sure, the early stages of a new sport magnifies the feeling of urgency to pull players/staff. But looking at our league, I think there have been only a total of 2 players pulled 200+ OR across all teams (unless someone has sold one that I missed?). Across USA there are some outliers, but on average I don't think you're all that far behind with pulls - unlucky so far, but I'm sure things will even out over the coming seasons. Good luck.
Yeah, very few teams have 200+ players (I bought mine, so that doesn't count). I've pulled two 185 OR goalies, but those are the only worthwhile players I got.

Yeah pretty crazy, it's one of the few times I've seen of someone upping intensity in the second half and it paying off.
that is because most player have been replaced for second half and they are fresh.
