Very true I thought about this right after I posted.

Maybe we could use one of those target practice goalies like we have in hockey? That piece of pool liner type stuff with the holes in each corner and the five hole. It wouldn't be as fun, but no one would have their testicles decimated.

I think I might have played handball a few times before. I don't remember much beyond trying to throw the ball into the hockey net though.

well, that's how it is played when we are kids and also why goalies become so good at.

goalies are very vulnerable as they open legs and arms to try to stop a goal.

i played as goalie too and it is tough specially on fast break when the guy jump from the line and by the time they release the ball they are pretty much on the goalie's face.

winger players often are not just fast but athletic to "invade" the area before releasing the ball.


handball, as far as trying to hit the nuts/head, isnt harder than indoor soccer. Indoor soccer the ball weights a lot more and is hit by the foot that is way more powerfull than arms.


I dont think this is a good reason to justify why it would not work in USA. if that were true, baseball pitchers would try to hit peoples nuts too.

good coaches always prevent kids from doing such bad things.

Pennants and goalie uniforms will be reset when the beta is done. So you will have to pay for everything. Also your team name will be reset to the original one that you chose.

Team names reset to your first choice? I hadn't heard that. Arena names as well?

Hrm, my new team is pretty awful. Surely that means my first academy pull will be great, right?! Gotta wait 2 days to find out though...

My team isn't too bad, got a 178 player and a 164 goalie. Though my first youth pull was a 107 OR...

HA you're lucky my best player is a 159! my pull was like a 146

That sounds like my beta team

youth pull was a 128. My highest is 167

So first game day ever for the full game I'm pumped

My youth pull was a 98 my highest is 158
