Am besten trainieren sie die spieler 4-3-2, vielleicht ist 2-1-1 auch gut, aber letztes WM im gruppe Zwei war es so das die länder mit 4-3-2 besser waren dan 2-1-1.

Ich möchte gern ihre trainer sein für die nächste Saison. ig beantworte all ihre fragen. Es ist wichtig das die besten coach ausgewählt wurd.

Meine Fragen an die Kandidaten:

1) Denkt ihr, dass bestimmte Positionen, ausser den in der Anleitung angeführten Haupt- und Nebenattributen, weitere Attribute benötigen ? Wenn ja, welche und mit welcher Gewichtung ?

2) Wie gewichtet ihr den Torschuss bei Flügel, Center, Verteidiger ?

3) Wie sieht es mit euren Kenntnissen bezüglich Taktik/Gegentaktik aus ?

4) Denkt ihr, dass unser Team in der Lage ist jede Taktik umzusetzen ?

5) Was denkt ihr, mit dem Team erreichen zu können ? PO Teilnahme oder gar den Aufstieg ?

4) Do you think that Austria's national team can play any given tactic ?

1) Ja,Aggressivität.
ein Center braucht mMn auch Aggressivität um - neben der Technik - noch mehr Face-off öfter zu gewinnen. Gewichtung ~ 40-50%
der Goalie ebenfalls um nicht wie ein „Weichei“ den gegnerischen Angreifern entgegen zu kommen. Gewichtung ~ 25-30%

2) 80, 70, 50 (für ideale Blueliner noch höher)

3) Erfahrungen aus 3 Saisonen + Beta im Testen der in der Anleitung angegebenen Möglichkeiten. Allerdings ist die Taktik sehr stark von den Möglichkeiten (skills) deines Teams abhängig.

4) Nein, der derzeitige Kader nicht unbedingt jede.

5) ich bin überzeugt in die PO der Gruppe zu kommen, ob es zum Aufstieg reicht hängt von zu vielen Faktoren ab die sich erst im Laufe der Saison abzeichnen.

1. I do think that certain positions need additional attributes,
Defenders: the Technical attribute needs to be close to the Aggresive attribute, this is to lower the penalty's in games. shooting is advisable to be more effective in shots.

Centers and Attackers need a good shooting attribute( at least above 50 at the moment), Passing will be good for attackers as well to get more assists.
for PP en PK units it comes in handy that players are trained on attacking(defenders) and defending(centers en attackers. extra passing is advisable.

I'll train my players at the ratio 4-3-2 (100-75-50). The Dutch national team did that as well and we have played an excellent world cup against teams with 2-1-1(100-50-50)


2. Shooting is important for wingers and centers. I try to keep them on 75% of my main attribute.
For defensive players shooting is less important but we need can’t forget that attribute and I like to keep it close to 40 at the moment, and gaining this year.
I have noticed that good shooting is good for the underdog teams. Teams in the league with high defense en offense can win without a good shooing rating. But teams who are worse and have a good shooting rating can defeat the good teams because of their effective shooting.

3. Every tactic has it’s counter tactic off course (example. Offensive is counter-tactic for forechecking). I used to play with one or two tactics in a season, but last year we saw that trying to adjust to the opponents tactic will bring you more wins, The number one and two in the Dutch premier league standings used almost all tactics frequently throughout the season. off course you’ll need to find the right tactic for your own team in case it is necessary and you’ll find out soon enough if a tactic isn’t working for you.

4. Every team has its quality and you need to find out which quality´s are the best suitable for your team, but I certainly think that Austria can play a lot of different tactics. You can´t stay with just one or two tactics, because other teams will adept to that and you will be like a shooting duck. We used a lot of tactic´s during the world cup with the dutch national team, and I think we didn’t do a bad job. And I think it will be exactly the same with Austria.

5. Every manager needs to go for the highest possible. And that is promotion to the world group, but everything stands or falls with proper management and the help of the Austrian managers. Players need to be trained properly. I will ask for a certain training style(4-3-2), but if the players are trained in a bad way like4-1-1 or something like that, then he is useless, the National team players also need a good energy level. Tactical knowledge is important and I think I have a good understanding of that. A National manager needs to be honest against the community and needs to be in contact with them as much as possible. I try to find some good managers to form a National Manager group with. I can have a opinion of something, but that is not always the right one.
