I might wait until last minute just to eliminate them taking the opposite. This time I am actually going to pick who I actually think will win. I want to win this competition.
To your question, if Murray starts and win's the Finals as the Pens starting GK. Then yes absolutely. I think so
Fleury carries a $5.75-million cap hit for three more seasons after this one.$$$ A potential expansion draft looms for the 2017 off-season, and Murray’s entry-level deal expires after 2016-17. He would have to be protected under the projected expansion draft format if the Pens wanted to keep him. He’s too valuable though. They will keep him.
Teams will only be allowed to protect one goalie in an expansion draft apparently, meaning Pittsburgh will lose one of Fleury or Murray. But they could threaten Fluery to waive his no trade clause if I'm correct.
But having two great goalies is a pretty good problem honestly. Fluery is still a pretty decent goalie at 31. There are teams dying to just get one of them.

But hopefully he isn't one of those one time magical wonders. He has only played like what, under 30 games as a Pen. Reg and Postseason.
I once heard someone say that we often look for the next big thing rather then the big thing right in front of us. This kind of applies to Murray.

Who needs a goalie and has the assets to trade for a proven Stanley Cup champion and still top ten goalie? If there is a team that needs Fleury it will most likely be either a fringe playoff team or a wildcard team. Maybe the Wild or Senators?
West coast is best coast, Pens got goalie troubs, and it's about time for a sweep - Sharks in 4!
According to a new poll 91 percent of people are satisfied with their lives.
The other 9 percent are San Jose Sharks fans.

This is especially true after 2014 because trust me when I say the 2014-2015 season made me question my life and my goals. I did not pay attention to the Stanley cup finals. I didn't even knew Chicago won it until they were doing the nhl draft for that year because I had a reason to care about the sharks after several months. Luckily its all water under the bridge and I no longer want to shoot Doug Wilson.
The last 5 Stanley cup champions have come out of the west and it is generally seen at the toughest conference. In the west before the playoffs started you could have made a case for 6 of the eight teams to win the cup. (Ducks, Kings, Sharks, Blues, Hawks, Nashville) a Strong scoring Dallas team. The wild as the 8th seed was the weakest and still could have made a run if given the chance. In the east you could only ever make a case for the Pens, Lighting, and Capitals. Detroit and New York(R) are two old teams that have sold their futures to win now and will fail horribly, Florida and the Islanders can't win on the big stage. The Flyers were the Cinderella but the bell struck 12. Not saying the Penguins have had an easy path getting to the finals but if you swap out what the Penguins had to go through in the east and put them in the west I highly doubt they make it out.
Being honest here and watch for next year put money on Nashville now because that team scares me a lot and they can only get better. If they can add another high end scorer(hi Stamkos)and maintain their level of play they could be a sleeper to make it to the WCF finals and beyond. Because after watching the two series again the Sharks-Nashville series was the real WFC. Nashville ran out of gas but as a fresh team the could beat anyone.

I still believe it will be the Sharks over the Penguins. I suspect this one will go 6 games. My kids are telling me 5 games, but I think 6. Either way, the Sharks take the Cup.
Nice breakdown. It was just a joke though.lol
YEH I win the competition.coach2live,Captain97G
and MintBerry Crunch have all pick the sharks. So if I pick the Sharks I would automatically win. That is not my official pick though.
