Has there been any news on Fleury or Murray? It could be a problem for the Penguins even if they start at less than 100%.

I'd honestly take any of the Metropolitan teams over all of of the Atlantic teams.

Read this penslabyrinth.com/2016/04... main points: "Marc-Andre Fleury and Olli Maatta both practiced with the team this morning. Malkin, Beau Bennett, Matt Murray, and Bryan Rust are all day-to-day." So that's good that Fleury practiced. And that was a day ago. Also "Luckily, it’s increasingly looking like calling up Jarry was only a precautionary move." So that's also very good.

OK. As I posted a few days ago on my personal note, here are my picks for the first round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs.

In the East: Florida beats the NY Islanders, Tampa beats Detroit (but it will likely be close), Philadelphia beats Washington and Pittsburgh beats the NY Rangers.

In the West: LA beats Nashville, San Jose beats Anaheim, Dallas beats Minnesota, and St. Louis beats Chicago (maybe)

Preds are playing Ducks and Kingas are playing Sharks.

Kind of of topic but

Pay attention to the Blackhawk series whenever they are behind in a series they intentually try to injure one of the other teams stars with a cheapshot and take the suspension because the league goes easy on them for whatever reason.

witness Duncan kieth under suspension now, seabrook also has done this. Kieth is a particular issue hes a repeat offender constantly and the league just keeps giving hawk players 3 games or so suspensions. When they easily deserve 10 game suspensions or more. look for the blues to get payback for that happening two years ago if they get a two game lead . its going to get nasty Kieth and seabrook both have bounties on thier backs if your going to watch one series this is the one.
