Can anyone quantify the extent of the regeneration penalty to players who play on very hard a lot?

If I were to play on very hard all season to build up the experience and chemistry of my prospects, would the experience gain and chemistry gain definitely outweigh the expected loss of in training? I know there would be some loss, though perhaps it wouldn't be so bad at lower levels of facilities. The level of my regeneration facility is a bit low at the moment. On the other hand, many of my prospects have above average OR for their age at the moment.

Do we know when an ideal time to sell players is? I know night time in Eastern Europe usually means I should sell around 1-2pm but has anyone found anything different?

I've got a math problem.

Double-floor multi-purpose stand that seats 600, costs 24,800,000 to build.
Double-floor multi-purpose stand that seats 1500, costs 50,000,000 to build.

If I build a 600 seat "D-f m-p" stand now.
How much will it cost to upgrade the capacity to 1500 later?

It will cost the difference between the two, so 25,200,000. The downside is that it will take more total days of construction to do it in two steps rather than all at once.

Do the shops, restaurants, etc... need to be demolished in order to upgrade seat capacity without changing the type of stand?

No, the accessories will remain if you are just upgrading seat capacity. They will be demolished if you upgrade the stand (i.e. from large stand-up to triple floor multi purpose).

What exactly do you get for being ranked 1st in the daily leaderboard for this new instant challenge thing. I got first my used like 30 credits to get there.

You'll get points for weekly leaderboard. The top 3 at the end of the week will win credit prices (100, 50 or 30 atm.)

How much of a hit would the rating of a player with one day left in his injury take? The player has 1-2 more rating points than the next best player at his position, better energy (from being injured) than most of my team, and about 30 more shooting than the alternative. I also only need this player for 2-3 more relegation playoff games before I sell him.

Maybe I should play him as the backup (he has 2-3 more rating points than the best possible backup, though the backup would be better used at another position if not for the injury).

This will only be an issue if the relegation playoffs start immediately after the end of the playoffs/relegation round. Any advice on how to handle the injury in this scenario would be appreciated.

You have 5 instant challenges a day (which I think don't consume players energy). You can test different squads and see the ratings.
