Our 6-4 loss to a powerhouse Serbian team today means we must beat Portugal tomorrow to have a shot of going back to the top division. Portugal beat us 2-0 earlier in the tournament.

We beat Portugal 2-0 in the rematch, but it was not enough to move us back up to the top division. Already working on next season's team. Thanks for your training efforts and support!!

He's been scouted for a while. He should be in serious contention for a spot this year. The fact that he is universal really helps his chances.

In our fourth year in Division I, I think we have our best chance yet to move back up to the Top Division of the World Championships.

Wow It's been over 6 years since i've logged into the game! How's everyone doing? How's the NT

Welcome back!! The NT which had spent a long time in the world's top ten, has spent the last four seasons in Division One. This season after four seasons of rebuilding, I believe we are poised to make a good run at getting back to the top division!

nice! well it'll be a while before i contribute haha! but just lurking for now and trying to get to 11 days before i can hit the market? HAHA!

Ha!! Boy was I wrong!! We lost some games we might have won, but the preparation and execution were good. What we are seriously lacking is high OR players! The mix on defense was not so good this year either, as the top five were all right side. This meant they got matched up with left defensemen whose talent level, although the best we had, was worse than all the right defense. We ended up in the relegation round of division one, and managed to win both games so as not to be relegated. Work has already begun on next season's team, but the situation doesn't look to be much better. Most of the older 0/6 players have been replaced with younger players who are still improving. We have only two players available whose OR is higher than 3,000. Most top teams have at least 8-10 or more!! Looks like it's going to be an uphill climb for a while yet. Pitter patter.

Down 2-0, on two first period PP goals, with just 10:14 left in the game, Team Canada Sr. scored 4 unanswered goals to beat a slightly stronger Austrian team 4-2 !! Great start in game one of this season's World Championship !!!

A 2-1 S/O win over the Netherlands keeps us in the top two for our division. Tomorrow....Spain.

A 3-2 win today over Spain means we should only need one more point in our next two games (Sweden, Poland) to advance to the final playoff eight. Sweden is 0-3, and Poland is 3-0. A win tomorrow would mean we might be able to rest a bit in the Poland game!
