How bad is not well? If i'd be looking at 1-2kk, I'd just keep him myself, if you think I could do better than 5kk, i'd put him on the market.
His OR will also hold him back. I've bought players like that a couple times and I've never paid more than 750k for them. I wouldn't expect much more than 1 mil if you do sell him.

After some market scouting, I don't think he'd get me enough to make it worth my while to walk away from him. I'll probably offer him for sale with a price tag that fits my "oooh...$$$$" vs "no, must hoard goalies!", and if someone wants to pay that, then hey why not.
I can use a long-term backup to Golem. Let me know what that value is and I may be able to save your free "for sale" use.
