154 OR was my best pull this week.
I have level 6 or 7 SA.
I'm getting ripped off here, never pulled anything really good.

I pulled some nice Qs in the first season, but I've never pulled anyone near a 200 OR.

Couple points to suggest. First I don't pul right at the first couple minutes. I started waiting til the morning. For some reason it seemed to be better. The second is STAFF. This I can tell you is a HUGE factor in pulls. Canucks and I PM regularily. He forget to assign an assistant last pull and got crap. This pull 2 staff and decent. I train atty 1 exclusively on my 2 staff. I think I'm 22 or 23 atty 1. This definately helps with OR on pulls. Forgot to switch from my "camp" staff (atty 2) to reguler atty 1 staff and got 3 pure turds once last season. Level 5 SA pulls were very good to me in general so go out and get a couple staff with 20 plus atty 2would be my suggestion. The other get your SA to level 7 plus.

-Mine is level 8 and I doesn't get anything good either... Like 130-180.. And my employees are okay.. So I think that its like a lucky pull nothing else..

SA is 6, currently being upgraded to 7.
Staff are 26 and 24 in atty 1.
