Only 1 of my Season3 Pulls were part of my 21 man roster at season end, the other SA players on the 21 man roster were pulls from previous seasons.
That's interesting stuff!
Our teams are similar age and SA. I haven't kept the detailed stats like you did but can come up with some results for the sake of comparison.
Original Roster- 6
Purchased- 5
SA Pulls- 10
*This will be changing a lot in sea 4 as I have 5-7 purchased players that are training to get into the starting lineup soon. They will mostly be replacing original players.
Season 3 SA players:
Active roster: 4
reserves : 2
sold: 5 (29.7m total)
Season 2 SA players:
currently on active roster: 4
reserves: 1
sold: 5 (20.3m total)

you can check who and when you pulled using the page
Players > Scouts > Players Raised
Then click on the player and use player history to see when pulled from academy.. or who you sold them to, and you can check how much you sold them for.
No keeping track necessary

We both have 6 Season 3 SA pulls on our current rosters (I had 1 playing 5 training at playoff end), but your selling $$ were over twice mine.
I have been trying different times of day and days of the week of similar level players to find what the peak times are to sell and buy for various nationalities, but I think I am getting off topic now and that belongs in another thread.
As for pulls kept we are very similar.

Just for kicks, I've pulled 20 players that are still playing.
12 are still on my team
8 have been sold. Of those 8 sold, I really only regret one of them, but I had a glut of goalies and he got me 1.2 million very near to the beginning of my tenure here.

Ketch a couple points to alaways consider. The first is the value of chemistry. It's said by some that 100% chem is worth 20%. That makes 50 primary 60. Also experience adds to the players ability. I'm still playing players through 3 seasons with barely 50 prime b/c they are 100% chem and 3 years experience,
Fact is you have the benifit of a deeper market coming in later that allows you to not wait for pulls if you choose. Also better staff available relatively cheap also. The real downside to starting "late" is trying to get facilities upgraded. I had a bad second season sponsor deal that cost me a full level on the big facilities. I'm on 10 dvision 1 elite are on 11 or 12. You can definately start late and get to 2 still in Canada not sure how attainable 1 is shortterm as division !! is stacking up with depth. And guys like me will be back down in a season without goaltending.

Yeah, I have been saying that about the market for a while now.
Having "Too good" of players is a problem I would love to have, but its not the case.
XP I take into account, chem i try to switch lines gradually.. but chem caps out, and can be regained, so I will not count it when determining which player to put in.

Not going to lie... I'm dying to look. But if there are error messages on the screen that could mean a change in code and they're giving away 90AQ goalies!!!!
I hear ya bro, I hear ya. I always did have a hard time waiting until x-mas morning to look at my gifts! This is one case in which I wont even try to shake the boxes or get a peek! I'll take them as 15 yr old, np.
I have no idea what you guys are talking about, the youth pulls are on Monday.
