The only rule:
Only U19 players are allowed to participate in the matches of this tournament. U19 players are all players with 19 or less years of age.

Explanation of the scoring system:
If both teams use players up to 19 years, the winner of the match gets 2 points, and loser gets 1 point.
If players older than 19 years appears in one team, the final result will be registrated as 0:20 defeat for that team. The other team will get 2 points, and age restriction violating team will get 0 points.
If both teams will use players older than 19 years, the match will be registrated as 20:0 win for winning team. Winning team receives 2 points, defeated team receives 0 points.
