Keep getting 1 and 2 stars for both, rejected 'em all. Hopefully tomorrow is kinder to me.

I would have held out for a 4-star or better offer, even going for the lottery on the last pick is probably a better choice than a 3-star.

same here the second offer i got was 4.1, the first was 4 mil i would think finishing in 3rd would get me a little more than a 30 % increase

yeah i probably should have held out, but it was almost double what my tv was before so i thought why not.

Got a 5* TV deal worth 4.8 mil so can't complain about that.

wow I guess not! My arena is heavily under construction but still has 1700 seats and I only got a 5star 1.2m a week. Just like in soccer I actually went down in contract money this season. I must have really pissed Tuttle off more than I realized! lol At least the general sponsor for hockey went up 17%. If that went down like in soccer I would have probably quit.

Sponsorship money is derived from seats among other things so if you had a bunch of sections under construction they were not counted in the computation of your offer so you missed out on a ton of potential revenue.

You're correct regarding TV rights but the guide is limited to this for general sponsorship:
The amount of money you get from the sponsor is influenced mainly by: the final ranking in the recently ended season, the overall team rating and the level of the human resources and economic department.

The biggest reason I ended up getting less money per week this year in soccer was actually that it only gave me 1 and 2 star offers and I ended up with a 1 :/ I just like to blame Tuttle for things because he's the devil... lol I kid I kid... or do I??

*wipes forhead* turned down 2 1 stars, last offer was a 3 with 10.5 mil in crease, while not jumpimg for joy, i am happier today then yesterday!!

well waiting payed off a little, i got a 5 star for 4.7,which is almost double what i was maiking

Waiting really didn't pay off too much, since I had to take the three star general sponsorship I was offered. Playing the lottery for my crappy TV offer after another one star...

Got lucky with a 4* auto offer so set for another season!

Hockey gods must hate me. My team got a one star on the auto pick for TV. Thankfully, it's still almost double last season, because of all the construction I did on capacity.
