Assunto: regarding general sponsor

I got a new sponsor for my football team and the contract rating is 5 stars with the value of weekly donation around 1.9M..it's automatically accepted since I haven't accept 2 previous offer..but the weird thing is that the previous offer that only have 2 stars contract rating are offered around 4.1M contract..is it mean the more star of the contract the worst payment will you get? hope can get the answer..

it's seem ppm have some problem and it's okay now..
