I just don’t understand why u play this game if you don’t like it...

my issue is not with the gameplay....that has little to do with the enjoyment, excitement, fulfillment and challenge of a sports game online...it is the general participation, the communication, the talk across the posts, trash talk and the ups and downs of your team and other players thoughts and personalities that I enjoy..this game could be fun if more people would stop being afraid to speak their minds and get into the fantasy of owning/running a hockey team...we all know it's not real, that is why it's " Fantasy Hockey " but the comradeship and sharing of interests can be real

Yes. Most people have no idea how much those two factors add to the player build. The effect on OR can bring a 2500 player up to an effective OR of 4000 easily!
