Assunto: US National Team

Patty is the only manager to get us into the Top Division for the Senior Team (There were some pretty good managers in the past). It has taken some time to do, does he not deserve a chance to see it through? Just think if America brought home the cup with our depleted USA teams situation? Our base for players is literally a hand full of active teams with top facilities and staff. If he was trending down with the team, that is one thing, but he is not. I know that he truly cares about moving this team into the championship ranks.
I have nothing against boards2001......I don't know him at all.....so I do not have anything bad/good to say. I just wanted to put my experience with Patty and the National Team out there for other managers who may not know anything about either candidate. Take from it what you will.......I have no interest in running the team......but I have tried to help when asked. Good luck to whomever the winner is.

Some players from the team have been released. If a player has a poorly set up training, he will not help me with success. OR means nothing. I just need players who have set up good training. If you do not know what I mean then you can message me and I will help you.

I will write you how to train players :

Goalie: Goa-100% Pas-50% Tec-50%
Defense: Def-100% Pas-50% Agr-50% - In this game defense do not need shoot!
Wings: Off-100% Sho-80% Tec-50% Agr-50%
Center: Off-100% Sho-80% Pas-50% Tec-50%

You train other attributes unnecessarily.

Defense doesn’t need to shoot? Will goal total from the blue line go down with out training shooting? Or does it drop so minimal that it makes no difference?

I have heard from the game's developers that the shot is useless to the defender. That's why I wrote that this game is not real. Just trust me please. Also if you have training like I said The players will be much better.

This game is math and not a real game as anyone thinks.
You need to look for the best for your players and research said that defense has training set up :
Def-100% Pas-50% Agr-50% . I know a lot so if you have a questions the you can message me and I will help you. I will try do my best in grammar haha

I have many other good players but they are in a team where they will not improve so much.

Upon further thought and self-examination, I have decided to step out of the race for the manager of team USA. I wish to thank my supporters for their confidence in me but there is truth in some of the comments Patty has made. I will correct those truths. I will run again when I have gained the knowledge and experience necessary to manage the team to its full potential. Until that time Patty has agreed to give me the position of Assistant Manager if he is elected, for which I am thankful. Once again thank you to those who believed in me...I will be back and will not let you down.

You will be my assistant and also I will teach you how to run the team. And some day I’ll let you win in elections.

I am happy to be able to lead the national team next season. I promise to do everything for our success. I would like to thank everyone who gave me a vote in the election. I really appreciate it!
My plan is to play players who will play together at the World Cup and I would also like to involve our young future stars in the game.

Our group is already known for the World Cup and I am very happy that we got teams such as Slovakia, Hungary and Croatia.
I would like to play friendly matches often against Canada and the Czech Republic.

I will not publish yet who will be my assistant. I decide whether to take someone with experience or to train the boards2001. Too bad there can't be two assistants.
I would also like to thank my assistant, who was in contact with me during the season and helped me at the World Cup.
