Managers in the UK leagues want the GB national team to do well regardless of their nationality. They or in this case with Brushie aspires to have his team's players in the GB team, gain revenue, popularity and enjoy watching games with his player's text coming up. He wouldn't be giving advise aiding the development of the national team if he didn't want the best for the national team.

As one of the few British managers in PPM hockey I think nationality really doesn't matter. As long as people are ok with communicating in English then there is no problem. It is more important that the GB manager is in a high UK league so they are aware of the best players and can monitor them.

I agreed to you, but a team led by two managers, and I played the UK first league. The last World Cup UK played very poorly ( 70 % of coaches fault ), so we ( ZalamansG, latisenkovs ) believe that the coaches have changed.

You are mistaken. ZalmansG is a good manager, with great experience, a good organizer, an active discussion ( it is very important to coach ). Team led by two managers , and we, i think, we have a good team.

What is the other 30%? The fact we were playing Russia and the Czech Republic or the fact we are ranked 29th (smaller pool of players) but are playing in a tournament of the top 16 nations punching above our weight. You make it sound so easy.

Ok boys...I understand why you both (Brushie and kingfubar) are so nervous - this is first time when someone alse with out you both would like seriously take care for GB team and yours happy days can be come to finish - don`t worry - it not will be in this season - not yet - but any way if I don`t win election - I promise for you boys - I will be back in next season...

Brushie ask me about scouted players - that is stupid - not my answer - Job with NT not just scouted players - it is just part of that and if you want all the best for GB NT - you will give me all information what you have and scouted player list as well - if I will be NT manager - of course!!! But don`t worry, if you don`t give me that - it not problem...

And little bit for me - I playing this manager game from start - I am helper and I understand about this game lot of... I`m not stupid like my opponents want make me for that... latisenkovs playing in GB I division - he is realy good player - so - together we will be strong team...

Firstly your english is very good

I put myself up for candidacy in the initial year because i felt i could lay down a good foundation for the development of the national team. I want the best for the GB team and if a manager looks like he could take it to the next level for example Leggman or Mate with previous experience in the Champions League or World Championships i would support the bid. Your team history doesn't fill me with much optimism that you could do that. Despite having a tough league you haven't progressed far in the national cup. I also don't understand why you have maintanence centre at the same level as training or sport academy. Do you feel it is as important a facility to maintain as the others?

If you care about the GB national team and win the election you would need to scout players yourself to see their training progression but i would give you the initial attributes and qualities of dozens of scouted players we have now.
My response to latisenkovs was in defence of him critisizing me for the performance in the WC. I went into it optimistic, gave it 100% and believed we could qualify for the next round but i am also realistic.

Again if you care about the GB team and don't win the election stick around and throw some ideas around and reasoning for them and don't disappear. Vardes obviously has done well knows what he is doing and should of fronted your bid.
