Please please order the leagues by strength. The differences between III.X or II.X leagues are very big

Something needs to be done with youth pulls, I think it is totally unfair, that I pay sport directors 140k per day just for that they give me player with OR 260! Come on, do not be ridiculous, in the guide is said, that sport directors have influence on youth overal rating, I do not see that? so maybe you need to rewrite this guide, so there would not be these lies? Ok, I understand that qualities are given in random, but why I get player with overal rating 260 if my youth training is 100%? ok, maybe this is because of my Sports Academy, but this happens to many with even higher level!

So I advice, make bigger influence for sports directors on youth pulls, or remove those lies about their influence on youth overal rating from guide!

It's because of your Sports Academy. Improve it and you have better chance to get better OR players.

then why managers with 13 level SA gets same players as I?

and where there is this sports director influence? ar influence of higher SA level? if I invest in SA building and hiring those sport directors, I hope to gain some money from that, but it is impossible!

SA and its staff improves your chances to get better players.

Investing money in SA, you also improve your training camp bonuses.

It's simple. If you don't think sporting directors are worth paying, then don't pay them. If you think SA isn't worth upgrading then don't upgrade it. Personally I'm ready to pay tens of millions for my academy every season.

Higher level SA with good staff means you can have more people at a training camp and train them higher. That alone is worth it.

My suggestion:

Franchise players. A franchise player is usually a player who is young and very potential. Someone who the teams build around to. Like Sidney Crosby, Alex Ovechkin or like Ryan Nugent-hopkins.

It would work similiar way as the season bonuses. You give a franchise player status to a limited amount of players. You can remove franchise player status but then you can't give it back to the same player again. Also the franchise players status comes avaible for use when the player is sold.

So when you buy a player you can't give fp status to him before he has played certain amount of games in the new team.

What this franchise player status means exaclty is that the player gets a bonus like a good experience, there is also a down side to it: franchise player's salary rises faster than regular players.

but that is exactly the opposite of what franchise player means. Generally you franchise a player to retain a player's rights at a lower salary, but you lose the option to trade them.

It makes no sense to have a player gain extra experience just because you think they should.

It might be interesting to have the players' attributes and qualities (such as player's profile) right on the scouting page as long as the player has been scouted. It would be like a database so that we could compare scouted players from other teams with ours.

This would be a real bad idea. Team strengths for leagues change season after season. Also many rivalries exists between teams above and below your division. Having your league shuffled into another promotion/relegation bracket would be unacceptable to *many* people.

You could change the promoting mechanism, so you could get promoted from III.16 in II.1 or any other II. league. You wouldnt loose rivalry and it would help destroying the big differences in strength between the leagues.

another suggestion:
The lower loosing of OTR after promoting should be used after the first season in the higher league.
