Hi Ireland,

Last season, I worked with the team of Ireland-U18. We won the procedure to in the first division World Championship.
we want players who play regularly so they will have and gain exp,which is in our opinion very
important.
We don't promise to win World Championship but we promise to work very hard to make Ireland U-18 compete with strong opponents.

From next season on, Irish National team is going to go through a few changes. Along with my assistant legy1, we would like to give a chance to younger players and target the 1st division move on and stay on. I would like to ask every manager to be patient as it might take a while before we'll be able to see the results. I hope that we will be given the opportunity to make our plans come true in the future.

Hi community,
I am constantly tweaking the NT Ireland squad and trying to replace with a younger player that is needed for the future of the team. If I get the trust for the next seasons, I believe that it is possible to build a team that can advance. This work will be a promise for the future and I believe that if your players play or are nominated for the national team, it will help the club and quality players will be produced for NT Ireland. All this is further supported by the good management of the U18 and U20 selection. We are on the starting line and there is nothing to spoil with this rebuild and I think we can only gain.

Worth a shot. Hopefully it will only be a few seasons before I can train players at a high enough level to help out.

Thanks for the response, it's better to restart at the beginning if possible than in a better division. If other teams also believe in the National Teams, it will certainly return to the community and it will be easier to get quality players in the domestic competition.

Hello managers, the just ended World Cup showed that there is a chance and possibility to advance to the second division in the future. The team is currently being restructured in order to be able to maintain itself and play a better competition for possible promotion. Thank you all for your support and I will continue to work on finding a new generation of players for NT and I believe it will help the community.
