Im still confused if training ratios are 2 4 6 8 10 or if they are 1 3 5 7 10 and if shot and block are a 5 or somewhere close to a 7 since they have their own individual stat for your team strength.

Hey. I am still trying to figure out if there is a height "penalty" for playing someone too small or too tall for a position. It got discussed a few times before now in the forums...but I can't find those. Anyone recall what the answer was, and where it is?
In the guide it says the player wont perform as well as someone meant for that position
