When are they making younger basketball NT teams. Is it in the near future?
Handball is in season 7 and still doesn't have youth teams, so probably not for a while yet.
There is a problem with youth teams for basketball.
You'd have no fully grown centers.

That's not really a problem, since it doesn't give advantage to anyone, everyone will just play with undersized bigs, exactly like it is happening in real life youth tournaments.

This game is already kinda easy.
There is already not much to do.
Already only a little effort is required to run a team.
So far, all your suggestions revolve around the principal of make it even easier. The easier the better.
I disagree. I think if there is an option to make the game more like real life, which is highly complex, it should be done.
Also you might want to learn how to better deal with criticism.

@Eliza Putkinalol. First off, I don't give a crap what he said because I stand behind my US manager. Also you are not actually in the best position to criticize him because he beat you in elections. Its one thing to disagree with what he is saying. Its an other thing to say that he needs to learn how to better deal with criticism. I WILL NOT HAVE IT!!!! Did you ever learn what the word RESPECT is!!!! I see both sides off this agreement but that last part just ticked me off!!!
