The good players have been in the 300's since I hit level 12, but the bad ones are still in the 100's. Last week, one of my options had 153 OR and the other 2 were below 200.

Bernie Babb was scouted as an "A" so I took him with first pick in II.2. His unscouted qualities look promising!

I got the first pick...But it was useless.

Your team has only been around for 1.5 seasons. Give it some time and your sporting academy will start to produce for you. You can still close the gap with more established teams with some good market strategy for now

All I have left to get is backup center and backup SG and then I'm ready for next season. I think I will do my business and get out..... But we will see.

My impression is that if you didn't start the game from day one, it's almost impossible to catch up with the SA. Just look for your backups in the market.

1. Eventually, with enough patience, everyone ends up with everything built to the max and max staff.
It will only take about 3 years...

2. Catch up to whom? Matt's team is already good enough to compete at II level. In about 3 seasons that's where he'll be. As far as catching up to Recreational Hugs... well that may take a long time.

1. Yeah, wants every one has every thing maxed out. It will just be about the players. I think I will win in III league and go up to II. It will defiantly take patience. I plan to be in I.1 in some time. But that is in my long term plans. And thanks Eliza Putkinalol for the compliment.

I assume in 1) your meant 3 years of real life, not 3 PPM seasons. It's a long time to wait to start to be competitive for an online game. Probably by then Recreational Hugs will fold his team anyway(cause he'll get bored of winning without any effort).

Matt will probably reach level 10-11 in 3 seasons from now, which will maybe give him youngsters with OR 300-350 in the best case scenario (and I am talking about 1-2 such players a season). By that time these players will not be very valuable, and you will be able to get them for free in the market, (like you can get 250-280 OR 15yr now for 10K). That's 3 seasons of spending all of your money on facilities, without literally any return. Once more people upgrade SA, youngsters lose their value, so the investment becomes less profitable.

If he waits 6-7 seasons and maxes all the facilities, then the youngsters he will get will be as good as any other team's, but he won't have good veterans(who will be very expensive by then), so he will have to wait another 4-5 seasons until his great youngsters develop into competitive players. That sums it up to 3 years.

Sorry for being so pessimistic.

There is no telling how long it will take you to get to I.1.

But consider the following:
In soccer, it took me 2 seasons to get promoted to II.3
I've been in II.3 for 9 seasons.
I don't expect to be promoted to I.1 for at least another 2 seasons.
