After my run of D's, I've gotten a B on each of the last two days. Let's see if I can keep the run alive.

Grabbed a couple of Bs.
Will see if they are worth anything...

What becomes of the undrafted players? Do they just disappear never to be heard from again?

I am pretty sure they disappear.
Just like unsigned players from sports academy.

After a few weeks of extremely disappointing pulls for my sports academy, I finally got another promising player from my sports academy.

what is sports academy?

Sports Academy is a bar. You can be trained to drink excessively, but with great enjoyment, while watching sporting events. Training includes how to spill your beer on someone without starting a fight how to drunkenly argue with someone over something you both completely agree on, and how to find your keys.

Christmas came early. Scouting for the draft and found 2 B's and a C today.

No. I am describing Sports Academy. The brochure states that is Level 1 training. (I should know, I wrote the brochure as head of the marketing department.) What you are describing is the Level 2 training. Let's face it, you can't bet your car keys on a field goal if you can't find them. Now, to be clear, Level 2 costs more...so they market it to those who are in Level 1 and aren't quite clear headed.

Now that I know what Sports Academy is I better understand why I am not pulling good players.

some of the great ones hide in the bathroom so they can enjoy more time and some left earlier with some hot chicks. Oh well..

B count is up to 7. This is crazy.

i got an A rated player this draft and his overall is 210 with an average quality of 70 :[

he also only has 2 attributes above 70 quality and 1 is blocking

the B rated player i got was better but still kinda lame.

How to calculate how tall your junior player will be?

Every junior player has the potential to grow for maximum 210 days. Age 15-18.

First: The ammount of time left depends on the date he arrived to the team. If the player arrived 20 days in to the season you substract 20 from 210 (210-20=190)

Second: You have to wait for the player to grow twice. The first number is substracted and has no real meaning longterm. The second number is the baseline, the ammount of days it took the player to grow 1cm the second time will now always be the same.

Now we have a formula. A player 182cm arriving 20 days in to the season(210-20=190). Growing the first time after 10 days(183cm 190-10=180). Then 1cm every 15 days(183cm+180/15=12cm) His final height will be 195cm tall.

I am bored, this might be common knowledge, oh well.
