Ah, mine should be better, i leveld up my stadium, and HR dept, and accepted a 2* offer last season.. Yet today I got an offer for the same amount.. I don't get it.
My first general offer was 20 mil lower than last season and I finished 4 places higher. Reading the Div I forums it seems all offers are a bit lower.
It doesn't mater when you check, the offer is generated at the beginning of the days. Even if it did, ONE game wouldn't make any difference
It appears that they nerfed the sponsors
todays offer was 8m less than last year. Which was 6.4m less than the year before. 
Hopefully the extra 10k seats makes up for some of this.

My 4 star offer this coming season is $20mil less than the 4 star offer from the season that just ended. I expanded my stadium by 20000 people and the upgrades completed earlier this week before new offers began.
20Mill?? In DI.1 I made 16M from Gen and 7 from Media (with a 23,200 seat stadium)... How did you make so much money?
The total worth went from 215,000,000 to 195,000,000, not per week.
Also my stadium went from around 32,000 to 48,400 after upgrades this season.

That is only true on the fourth day (auto-sponsors).
One the first three days, it is generated when you view. If you want to confirm for yourself, you can un-assign your managers and view a VIP offer. Then re-assign your managers and view another. If your results are as clear as mine were after the first offer, you won't necessarily need to have a second lounge offer available.

I'm glad everyone else got a big hit in their General sponsors as well. Does anyone know if Media or VIPs were also nerfed? I gained 20k seats since last year so I can't tell if my 40m/yr increase is good or not. Also I've noticed my VIP are all about 300k/year less. That is small change compared to other things, but its there.
After reading the sponsorship thread I think I got my answer. Media was also hit, I just gained a lot because I doubled my stadium.
