Dont have a clue as to why I'm getting so many ties. I cant say that I'm losing only 5 really can be considered losing. But I'm certaining not winning as much as I would have guessed. Leggman is seeing the same problem as me this season. He's the second highest team strength and he is almost near the relagtion line.
I had the same problem with ties, but I'm a much weaker team...
You play on Low and your opponents play on Normal. I think I've mentioned this before
That's currently enough to make up the difference between your amazing team and shit teams like mine. Especially on the road where you're 3-7-4, or something like that.

Holy crap. You're team really is amazing! I haven't looked at it in a while. Damn. 50 goalkeeping! I thought I was being smart by rebuilding after winning the title a couple of seasons ago, but I'm not making up any ground on you guys at all.
Yeah and hopefully that flaw in this game get fixed. I expect to tie or loss those game at the beginning of the season but energy loss seems nonexistent in soccer. Seen people play 2-4 games on high and rest or normal & seem just as strong as people who play low the entire season. Normal should only win the first 1/2 or so of a season. After that the people who manage energy should then get an advantage otherwise whats the point to having energy. And before anyone says it yes supposedly the GE is getting updated next season.
I also think the home field advantage might be a bit too high. Or maybe that's how it is in soccer? I'm not Pro so I can't see the rest of the league, but the difference between my home and road records is ridiculous.
Home 9-2-3 23GF 11GA (4ga in one game)
Road 4-7-3 10GF 13GA (7gf in 3 games)
Shots is where I first noticed home field advantage. I've only had 4 games on the road with 10+ total shots. At home I've only had one game (7 shots) where I didn't get 10+.
Home 70ST 101SW
Road 39ST 75SW
Like I said, I don't know if that is how things work in real life soccer, but that's a huge difference. It's like two different teams offensively. GA are similar at home and on the road. I guess I should check out my opponents' shots as well. And I'll have to total everything up at the end of the season for a proper comparison.

In the league, home teams so far this season are 149-87-72 with a +185 GD. Home teams have earned 534 points, while away teams have earned only 303 points. Only two teams have earned more points on the road than away. I can run this at the end of the season for you as well.
I've known that for long enough that I play on Normal for a lot of my away games just in-case.
Wow. We had some crazy games today.
The Sea Sides fall behind 0-2, then score goals in the 61st, 65th & 78th minutes.
The Derango† get out-shot 3-19 by the Meatwads and still win 1-0.
Pookinators rip the Vowels† 8-0.
And the Atomics win a road game despite getting only one shot on target to the Corsairs 5. Yay.

Is that record out of the ordinary for soccer? It seems like a huge difference to me, but I don't know soccer outside of the World Cups and Olympics.
I totaled up my opponents shots. Home is my stadium. For convenience, I've included my shots as well.
ST/SW Total(% on target)
Home
Atomics 70/101 T171(41%)
Opponent 37/70 T107(35%)
Road
Atomics 40/79 T119(34%)
Opponent 56/91 T147(38%)
The difference for my team is crazy. It's really like two different teams. Not so much for the opponents. I might do this for a few other teams to see if there's a big difference. Maybe I'm doing something wrong. Maybe it's just that two of my forwards only have around 10exp. So they play better at home. I don't know.

I follow the English Premier League pretty intense. There is def a home field advanatge in soccer more so then other sports. If you have ever been to a European venue you would understand right away. I can't really compare it to any American sport I have fitnessed (NHL, NBS, MLB, or NFL). The fans are standing the whole game, singing songs, and don't leave to the concessions when the game is on. Derby games are essentially cross town rivals, something we don't really see in the States because of how large the country is. Arsenal and Tottenham, two of the bigger clubs, are both in North London, about 7 miles apart. The two neighborhoods are very different and are arch rivals. I could go on, but yes, there is a significant home field advantage in the sport. I'm a huge spurs fan by the way.....
Thanks, gnovitske. I guess I'll start playing some road games on high
Two of my best players, both mids, are out for the next two games

Crap! We get the 1-0 win (hooray), but lose another mid to suspension! Three of my starting mids are now out for the next game. And of course we are playing one of the best teams in the league- #2 Big Cigars. Crap.
Wow! I just noticed that with the new promo system PPM put it the winner or II.1 & II.2 will make almost 12 mil more then the winner of league I.1.
