Your Bombsville Atomics are once again the CWC Champs!!!!!

In a ridiculous game, the Atomics needed extra time to knock off the much worse Amir&Apple Union 2-0. This despite the fact that A&A U lost a CM to two yellow cards 27 freaking minutes into the game. I still couldn't generate any shots on target. There were 3 or 4 times when the goalie was beat/motionless and my guys would miss the wide open net. Very frustrating to watch.

I honestly thought it was going to be one of those games where my team takes 20 shots and gets nothing while the other guy scores on his fifth. I was very nervous after what happened to the Wildcats

But, after nearly 80 minutes of man-advantage, Colt Diaz of all people finally gets one past the keeper in the 104th minute. He adds another at the 110th minute for the final score.

I was looking at previous ChLs and CWCs and noticed that the USA has not won both tournaments in the same season. In fact, we've only won one ChL (season 10) and only 5 different teams (4 different active teams) have won a "Rest of World" ChL. Both of this season's finalists are previous winner, so that figure won't change.

How many teams have won the "Rest of World" CWC and how many titles have the USA teams won?

The Atomics are the first team to win two CWCs

10 different winners. The US is dominating with 5 wins. And we've been first or second in all but the previous two seasons. The US also won three in a row in seasons 6-8 (Atomics, Betamax & Coronas).

Canada has won 3 CWCs. They had won two of the last three.
