WOW! What a crazy match the Jogos just had with Detroit Crunch. With 3 offsides, 9 yellow cards, and 6 shots on target later the Jogos manage to pull a win with a 1:0 score. Jogos really needed this win, as they have been hanging in the relegation area of the league standings and do not wish to see themselves in III ever again. The Jogos are hoping to be moving higher in the standings by the end of the season, as they were off to a rough start this season. Word from the manager is that for this season and next he will be much more focused on the facility upgrades and player training, as he does not plan on making any large moves on the market ANY time soon. Even though Jogos do not have a certain "all-star" the management has a certain plan for one of their top players.

I logged on today only to be threated with the potential use of an automatic lineup today. Apparently, I needed to remove my player from the Colombian national team from my lineup to have a valid lineup. Even so, he seems to have played the last three weeks for both teams. The only difference is that this week I am running a training camp (he was to old to participate) and have no reserve defensemen. Even if I could still use the defenseman, I suppose a little rest wouldn't hurt too much.

In any case, based on my roster limitations, I will have to run a 3-3-4 for my next game. Luckily, I play the worst team in the league which is defunct. It should be an interesting game.

Looking back through your Saturday matches, Guzmán hasn't played for you (but he has played for the Columbia NT).

It seems that since I didn't play a game yesterday and saw that caption, that I mistook it to mean that he wouldn't play on Sunday without checking the dates carefully. It won't matter for today's game, and I have him set to come in as a substitute anyway.

But that seems to be something of a bug since my team was never at risk of using an automatically generated lineup for a scheduled game.

Since I still have time to change my roster, I'm going to go ahead and play a 2-3-5 for fun anyway.

Wow, we lost Safado FC and it's not even half way through the season. Incredible, he's on first place too.

Safado FC was initially on pace to fold at the beginning of the season, but he showed up again and moved from the middle of the pack to the top. I'm surprised that he ended up folding anyway, especially since he probably would have returned to I.1 by next season. With a difference of approximately one game between third and seventh place, with The Big Cigars not too far ahead, and with a few teams below seventh still in striking distance, the rest of the season suddenly got more exciting.

That was a pretty big upset today.

You're talking about my team right? Crazy loss, especially since I had most of the possession, more shots and played on higher intensity. But such is the game. You can lose these games so I'm not really mad.

I really have no idea how my team pulled off this upset. Out of every match up, your team was one of the few who I believed something like this couldn't happen to.
