Cool thanks man

Good game against USA:
- They focused on center so we played more on the wings.
- Our normal vs. their long ball didn't bring the result I expected in terms of ball possession.
- After we switched to 5-4-1 for 2nd half, they had no shot.

I like the way we played more than the result, we should have won this won. We had a really strong domination in shots, 14 vs. 2. Problem is only 4 out of 14 were in target.

Only 1 friendly remaining before qualification games. We have a tough agenda to begin with: Argentina (A), Switzerland (H) and Russia (A). If we can get 6 points out of 9, that would be good.

Well, I'd say the story is that we were down 1-2 at half time, but it wasn't that bad in ST 2 vs. 3 and SW 1-1. We played 5-4-1 in hope to shut their 2 strong forwards 90+IGR. It was pretty good, our long ball vs. their possession made us almost on par in ball possession.

But then I wanted to test more ball possession during 2nd half, that's why Tery replaced Borden and we went possession with 5 mids in 2nd half. That was a test, and it wasn't conclusive!!! Well, we also had a few subs coming in, which didn't help. But not shot in 2nd half, this is pretty bad.

Anyway, time for serious stuff now, 3 tough games ahead, 2 on the road. As I previously stated, 6 points out of 9 is my objective for this first part of qualifications. That will be tough, but it's not impossible.

Lucky win in 1st game, but we'll take the points. They played wth a stronger midfield than anticipated, that's why the game was tough.

Next 2 games won't be easier, let's be ready!

OK, this one sucks. Big time. We were lucky last week, and we were not this week. I don't see anything else to say. We went with an offensive 4-3-3 since they have a strong mids and we had to surrender midfield anyway. So an offensive strategy to challenge their 3 defenders sounded like a good idea. It was indeed, but they managed to score a goal out of 2 shots, while we did not with 4 shots, meaning they won. As simple as that Despite they played long ball with 5 string mids, which is very surprising.

Let's hope for better luck next time.

Wow, what a game. Bringing those 3 points back from Russia is awesome. This is an upset, but we'll take the points. I guess this is better winning with only 1ST than losing with 4 shots vs 2...

We'll, that's 6 points out of 9 for the first 3 games against toughest opponents of our group, with 2 on the road. That was the objective. We now have 1 week off and we'll play some weaker teams. The challenge will be to avoid being upset. Ideally, this means 12 points in the next 4 games.

But for now, let's just celebrate this win!

After a break last week, we play Indonesia this week. They are one of the 3 teams with us having 2 wins and a loss after 3 games, along with Uruguay. We definitely won't take this game for granted, there is no easy win. We'll make our best to be 3-0-1 after today!
