You can write ratio what You prefer to get best RAT here. Many of us have own preferences. You'll be able to compare results writing sample players.

I was looking the best ratio by last two seasons (even more). I've got players like that:
GK Rafał Dziewięcki with attributes 114/50/84/84/53 EXP 4 - RAT 10
SD Albert Pajda 118/61/62/88/35 EXP 8 - RAT 11
CM Filip Glinka 114/86/85/41/42 EXP 15 - 11
CM Czesław Dulniak 126/95/95/47/45 EXP 33 - RAT 13
My practice ratio at this moment is:
GK – 100/45/65/75/55
SD – 100/55/55/75/45
CD – 100/50/55/50/55
SM – 100/55/55/75/35
CM – 100/75/75/50/35
SF – 100/45/65/70/35
CF – 100/35/55/75/40

I was testing different ratios for players. One of the best ratio for most positions is 100/75/60/30. The best ratio for GK at this moment I've found is 100/35/70/70/35. For SD is 100/50/50/75/30. You need to train shooting also - Forwaders 60 at least and Midfielders 30 at least.

This is sugestion only.

100 means main attribute
45 means pass
65 means technique
75 means speed
55 means heading
same for all other attributes
and gk,sd,cm are different places in game that u like to put any other question ask further

Is it good to purchase a player in market or to wait train the player in house.

My average attribute points or just 180 from above it says i need minimum of 400 from above. and my daily improvement is .1 on average. It seems i need more then 5 years to get that level

This is better to buy players with good rating at the start. You can buy good players for You about 50 000 to 100 000. First good squad You can get for about 500 000 to 700 000.

You need good training facility for players with good qualities. You can get good players from the sport academy on a high level.

My practice ratio at this moment is:
GK – 100/40/70/70/40
SD – 100/55/55/80/35
CD – 100/50/50/50/60
SM – 100/55/55/75/35
CM – 100/80/80/35/35
SF – 100/45/60/70/35
CF – 100/35/55/75/35

seriously i will say same as Gits try to buy good young player at the price 500000 to 1000000 not go for more then 20 age also buy like 5-6 players and invest more on facilitis ..........
ur daily improvement will be improve nice ... mainly invest on training facility ,sports academy and human resource

I think that he can buy 11-20 players together for the less than 1 000 000 for the first season

just for ur info if u not have set up training camp just do it now ..........last 16 days ..... and league cup coming so from 105 th day it will start so if u want all players in it .........just fetch ur good players on training camp on today .....any other question always u can ask here or pm

Used my both training camps.

one more season coming to end so just reminder of training camp....and if possible can hire good manager with good marketing points for good offers.....good luck and yea u can check my team because much good players are on sell .....

I was looking at RAT of many different players at soccer. This is the reason of my new theory about best ratio. The soccer engine is builded on hockey engine so I think that here are similar conditions:

2x major > main > 2x medium > major > 2x small > medium > small

This coditions are based on my GK RAT observation but I have some similar conclusions on other positions.

I've noticed that GK hasn't small attribute but he has medium as pas and hea (or one of them is medium and one small). I think that condition for GK is:

2x tch > 2x spe > gk > 2x pas > 2x hea > tch > spe > pas > hea

I understood that this isn't full condition as the one skill player hadn't good RAT. This is possible that there is extra condition so I suggest to try practice with this:

2x major > 6x small or 3x medium > main > 2x medium > major > 2x small > medium > small
