In terms of percentage, you're right. But players on transfer market are the same price for everybody, salaries are the same for everybody etc. So how could it be faire to give more money to the teams having already a better sponsor deal? "Old" (rich) teams don't need to develop anything. A lot of them have level 15 almost everywhere and big stadiums, good sponsors, and so on. My opinion is that developers should try to give significant financial advantage to newer teams to make the game more interesting for everyone, instead of doing the exact opposite.
Salaries are not the same for everybody. Do you have players in your team with salary of 60.000 and more ? No you don't, but some teams have several players like that and bunch of players with 40.000+
Generally small teams need more money since we are not in situation anymore when we all need to build something. Small teams need some kind of visible finance injection.

Don't really understand if we agree or not...
Anyway, as long as teams with players with salary of 60.000 and more can afford having 50+ players and therefore increase their salary expense by 50% and more, I don't worry too much for them. Small teams cannot afford this. In fact, they can't afford anything...

I wanted to say that you are partly right. Expenses are much bigger for bigger teams. Even prices are not so equal. Players that could satisfy richest clubs are often worth up to 300, 400, 500 M, while you could get a bit weaker player for 80-100 M.
Frankly I don't know how long they can afford it. If they are running on old juice here, (bought players when they haven't had so much troubles with expenses but they had strong revenues) and now selling them to be on the same financial track as before...then I understand. It should get tougher and tougher for them. Expenses are just piling up, many of us are in strong position for some good place in PO or in NC, imagine some of us lose place in international cups. Somehow I know it's going to be me

salaries are more expensive for top team, and what ?
That doesn't justify to have more bonus money that other.
You spend more money, so you should have more bonus ... it's a strange reasoning.

As I said before that this bonus doesn't mean anything to me, I would be indifferent as well if there is a limit of TS when some teams won't be getting any.
ok, now i understand what you want say
So, this bonus doesn't mean anything for good team (and you have a good team) , he think it would be nice to have the same sum for all.
And with this, will be more understand by the more "little" team, and feel the game more fair.

Can somebody explain to me how this stupid RFA system works?
I had a player come up for renewal and he had a bid put on him. I had 2 options - keep him and pay a $15mil signing bonus or let him go and get $13mil in compensation.
A WEEK ago i choose to pay the signing bonus and keep him. $15mil was taken out of my balance.
Today i get a message saying he's been sold and I got $13mil compensation.
Seriously, WTF???

I checked the logs and I don't see any such deduction from your balance. Perhaps you didn't confirm your choice? It's just a guess, but there definitely was no deduction from your balance.
I'm about 99% certain I did click the yes to keep him. Not sure about the balance as don't really watch that figure day to day as never low enough to warrant concern.
Just came as a shock as he was one of my best centers, so now have to shop. LOL
Oh well, thanks for looking it up. Guess it's a message for future reference to pay closer attention to my team huh?

I think it's a joke and PPM should just scrap the whole thing.
