From this screen, go to the top and click on "USA" after "general" (you don't have to click exactly here, but for example purposes it works). When you do this, scroll to the bottom of the list of threads appearing. There will be a small orange-red button in the middle that says 'New thread.' This will not take you to a new page, but instead will open a com box for you to name your thread and write a post. Then you're all set!
I now see how to create a new thread in the USA section.
One last question.
This concerns Army Duel. How do I get to the Army Duel section to create a thread there? I clicked on Army Duel and didn't see a new thread button like I saw in the USA area.
Maybe I should just start clicking and posting and see what happens? Again, thanks for the help.

At the top, under the "more games" tab, there is a thread dedicated to Army Duel (though only one post is there). You can create a new thread once you get to "More games," but not, as far as I know, under Army Duel (though you can make a new post).
I've never played that game before; if you play, how have you liked it/disliked it?

I think that usually runs for the 10-14 days or so from just before Christmas to just after New Years Day, right?
Ah that seems right. Thanks! I was looking forward to doing my best to snag some credits haha.
They cease to exist.
Presumably, their database entry is deleted and overwritten with a new potential draftee at a later date.
