Your coaches always affect training, but your SA and player training of staff affect the bonus at which players train.

Is the difference with having a lev 7 training fac to a lev 8 training fac a lot? Also is having a 2000 arena going to get me a much bigger contract then if I keep it at 1600? Thanks, need help quick so I can know if to break ground.

Each upgrade of training fac helps because it takes a long time to build up the buildings Best to start as soon as possible once you have a decent amount of money. The bigger arena also helps but remember to try and have the arena done before you try to sign deals

Both things are important, but in different ways. And, none of the upgrades have influence on your sponsor offers until they are completed.

I'm planning on travelling internationally for about 15 days in September. I really hate to leave my teams for two weeks, and I don't really want to do the sitter feature (unless I have to). Will the admins block my account if I access from another country at all, or over a period of time, does anyone know?
