Θέμα: World Cup UK team....

Now I thought this was a UK team forum, not a recruitment page for the other countries!

The draw has been made for the upcoming World Championships and we have been grouped with the Czech Republic, Germany and Russia in Group 2 of the preliminary round. The top 3 move on to the qualifying league for the playoffs while the bottom team moves into the relegation round. I feel we can hold our own in TOP division, qualify for the next round and suprise a few of our strongest rivals.

I have scouted dozens more potential players to keep an eye on their progress. We have had a mixed bag of results with our penultimate game being a successful win over the current World Champions Latvia. I have given some of the fringe players a chance to see how they fare and this gives us more depth and eases peace of mind if there are any injuries.

It just so happens that this saturday we play what should be the toughest team in our group Russia away in our final friendly.

The World Championships were disappointing and we are back in Div 1. We lost a few key players just before it commenced and my main goal was to stay in TOP division so i went with 3 lines to try and qualify for the qualifying round, secure our status in the top flight and then move to 4 lines.

We were probably seeded in the bottom pot which gave us a Group of Death and a uphill task with our highlight beating the impressive Czech Republic. The relegation round didn't work out well in and we went down with Ukraine who also went up last season.

Sorry if you had players in the team and they never played but hopefully the training bonus eases the disappointment and hopefully we can bounce back up next season and have another crack at the TOP teams.

Today starting elections - You must choose..., but before... I just want remind you - where GB was in last season, and where GB are now... GB must come back to TOP division - I can do it!!!

You can be sure we have the right managers coaching our national squad. Kingfubar is the most successful uk manager so far. Yes, we went down to 1.div but i think top div. is little bit high to us for now. We haven't enough well developed teams able to support national team with good quality super-skilled players. Thats why I go for kingfubar-brushie

Your manager exp. is 403 and your team strength 26! Where is your self-confidence from? You should concentrate on your HC BEAVER team. You couldn't pull them ahead in the last four seasons, why you're thinking you can do it with our national squad?

Ok... First - yes, my manager exp. is 403 and it is maximum...
Second - check my HC BEAVER profil after game today... 26? - because in last play off game in season 4 I let play my second team - new player with out some exp. Third - club an NT is not the same - if You have the best of the best you must do something not just tell "I need second chance"...
