E cada vez vai ser mais complicado: ja somos poucas equipas e das que ainda resistem poucas investem nas instalações e no "produto naconal"...

Tenho 1, mas tem 16

Já tinha percebido isso há algum tempo, infelizmente nem todos fazem como eu e tu. E mesmo eu estou muito desiludido com isto pois como já havia dito ao xxflip, razão pela qual não me candidatei à seleção U20, não aceito que quem esteja a representar a nossa comunidade não responda a quem lhe coloque eventuais questões, algo que aconteceu comigo no futebol.

quantos treinadores activos temos efectivamente?

era preciso criar uma razão para os treinadores ficarem mais tempo de forma a aumentar o numero de activos.
neste momento o grau de dificuldade para o jogador casual é tão elevada que não é atrativo.

outra forma de motivar os treinadores activos a colocarem mais recursos na formação era criar um torneio regular com restrição de idade ou OR, mas já propus isso uma vez e não reuniu os 6 treinadores, minimo necessário.

Teinadores activos na liga I.1 são 17 na liga II.1 são 11, muito poucos para termos jogadores para a seleção U18

E quando nos perguntamos quantas boas academias (13 ou mais) temos ainda se torna mais preocupante

sim mas isso só muda se se conseguir qye os novos treinadorss que se vao registando fiquem, e sem uma comunidade activa isso não vai acontecer

That being said, I have been interested in the Portuguese U18 NT for a bit now. Actually it goes back to when I bought Roberto Rosário when he was 15 and that I asked colunas03 if he could ever make it to U18 NT.

When I saw that Andre3000 did not select new players this season and that Portugal was forfeit twice, I send him a PM telling him I could provide some help if needed, since I have 48 U18 scouted already. He told me he had had some unexpected personal stuff to deal with and hadn't had the time to deal with PPM at all and he accepted my offer to be his assistant.

Now for the fun part. Like I said we don't have all players scouted, and we will need your help to know their attributes. So if you own any of the following players or have them scouted, could you send me ALL their attributes with experience as well (a screenshot is best or if you define me as sitter, I'll just go fetch them and tell you when I'm done)?

I know this is a HUGE list, but I don't need all of them straight awy. If you have those that have OR >540 that would be great. We are missing at least a goalkeeper and left wings mostly.

It's not necessary to scout players for Portugal. Just grab everyone with 600+ OR and that's enough: you'll still have less than 40 players. You also can see if a player is a goalkeeper without scouting (they have messages "The goalie doesn't have a mask" ).

Also don't take players from Penguins FC, they all are terrible, for example 75-123-157-199-162-97-176 (Nuno Franco ).
