Fair enough. To be honest, I also think these types of formations shouldn't be allowed or at least we should be able to see how did player position changes happen.
If I wouldn't make these changes in the 10th minute, my formation would be heavily penalized and I would most likely lose. The problem is some people don't see or realize that I didn't play that formation the whole match so they end up crying about the engine. But that happens all the time.
The best managers in this game use lots of player position changes it's just that most of them don't START with such weird formations as I do. I find it to be pretty fun and amusing, so that's my fault

I seem to have a bad memory, could you shoot me a PM explaining what I wrote wrong? Thanks.

Hi,
we are glad to see the news about substitutions.
Matches like this soccer.powerplaymanager.c... are a bit clearer.
Two points:
a) Position changes of substitutions are still hidden (eg. in that match the position of James Healy and Eberhard Criblez are unknown. It's important to notice that the position can change with respect to the substituted player. I'm sure of this by looking at my yesterday match);
b) Player ratings are still unknown. That is, one of the main advantages of that way of playing (hidding own rates) is still present.
