I haven't access to our NT DB as assistant unfortunately so I can't help with everything.

Gits is doing a great job. I am not going to lie and take all the credit here Gits has put in great effort especially tactics wise he has a great grasp of the game. Yeah tried to get you access to the DB Gits but no one seems to be able to help me to get you access

Only NT coach can have an access and this is main problem. I have few good players scouted and I've got help from few others polish managers with this but I can't see everything.

We have set difficult friendly games in our calendar with Norway (4:1), Estonia, Poland, Croatia cause we need to prepare our NT for important games with Brazil and China. I know that we'll have problem with ranking points in friendly games but we'll get many of them if we'll win qualify to International Cup. We need to win against Egypt, Morocco, Colombia and China.

He was trained with good ratio.
100/75/50/30 is basic ratio for all positions.

I completely disagree that it's even close to good for "all" positions, but for strikers, most definitely.

Since season 1 i've trialed about a dozen different ratios for all my players / positions and have found this one to be perfect for center forwards. Left / Right forwards are different though and perform less with the ratio i used for the centers.

This basic ratio is good for all position except Gk and SF. I know that there is better ratio for different positions than this one.

We have few good young players at NT squad. I was thinking about testing them against Scotland. What do You think?
