I am really disappointed with the way teams are moved around in the leagues. I started a couple of seasons ago in Div 4 and got myself promoted to Div 3. I beat into a non-promotion place a club that will remain nameless.
Then I got promoted to Div 2 and I'm doing well enough to be looking at promotion to Div 1. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the Div to compare teams, only to find the team I had previously beaten in my first season is sitting mid-table in Div 1!! Their history shows that they earned a play-off place to Div 2 and were then 'moved' to Div 1 without ever kicking a ball in Div 2. How fair is that? They will probably earn more prize money than me and yet have a worse history than me.
While on the subject, it is also unfair to reallocate clubs during the season. I played a club last season and had a draw at the beginning of the season, But just a few games later the club was reallocated with the usual poor squad, so was cannon fodder for the other teams competing with me for promotion. Another unfairness!!

He will not earn more money than you. It's better to be top team in lower division than mid/low table team in higher
The moving around is quite annoying, because you never quite know what will happen. The worst thing that happens is being promoted "by force" into a league where your team is among the worst ones and there is no possibility for relegation as the number of lower leagues is limited. In Finland you can only get relegated from the first 5 of 16 III-divisions. This can really set a team back, because as IzzaX mentioned, it's better to be a good team in a lower division than a bad team in a higher division.
In addition IV.19 in Finland is full of newbies of whom one will be promoted into III.5 where the team will have a snowballs chance in hell to get even one win next season (unless some teams "die". In my opinion the rearrangement system doesn't work too well and some teams are totally screwed over.
But it's still mostly a very enjoyable game, so I'd like to end my rant by thanking the PPM-team for creating it!
