I think most people will thanks to the change in rate or OTR gain for a win depending on league level.
Gen Sponsor: 2* and 12.5 million a week - REJECTED (was 4* and 10m a week)
Media: 3* and 6.5m a week - REJECTED (was 5* and 2.5m a week)

So it looks like I should be getting a nice raise, and 20m a week with my skyboxes should be obtainable.
General was a 1* rejected - 5 mil less then my current 5*. - was promoted from div 4 last year, relegated back this year.

One mistake most of the 'vets' made was to ignore our arena and go for facilities. We underestimated how much the media sponsorship would grow with the arena size.
I'm sure that those higher than me are easily making more from media sponsors than general sponsors.

You have a good sized arena for Canada. 9550. I think I will keep building it to help with media sponsor, thanks for the tip. I didn't think getting relegated would loose me so much money compared to getting promoted. I had also increased my HR by 2 so thought that would help.
My arena is a good size now, but I really only started to grow it the past couple of seasons. Now I should be able to get another 3-4 thousand a season.

It looks like there is more money to be made long term through seats? Obviously short term money is easier through the general sponsor.

Teams with 20,000 are making for than their general sponsor despite having 600 OTR and winning div1!

this is why I need to relegate. My 5* Gen sponsor offer is 3 million less than your 2*
Finishing in the top-2 of div2 gets you more than the bottom 8 of div-1. Until you think you can compete in the top-8 of a league above you... you shouldn't promote... that's just my $(1/50)
unfortunate, but this is completely true.
