Probably. I sold them but I upgraded the facility. Anyway
That's the cause. Same thing happened to me season before last.
I got two 5-Star offers on the first try. MOUHAHAHA. plus 6 skyboxes and a +10000 seat arena.
And an ego to match!
General sponsor dropped slightly. Like 500k on the whole season. 4 star to 4 star.

exactly what happened to me
Awaiting promotion. Sponsorship,and media deal went up slightly.
A week? Holy mother of god.
Signed a 5* General offer, up 500k/week to 11.6M/week.
Rejected a TV deal worth 3.6M/week (1*) and a Skybox deal worth 0.3M/week (1*)

+2 Levels or HR, 2x 100 marketing managers and div1 helps. Next year I'll take a hit as I'll get a div2 payout.
